Ultraviolet(UV) chamber

As per IS : 4151-1993 it shall consists of a chamber made of stainless steel sheet and fitted with a lamp to give ultra-violet radiations and a spray nozzle to give a water spray on the helmet under conditioning. The helmet shall be exposed to ultra-violet radiations from a suitable lamp located vertically above the axis of the helmet. The spray nozzle shall be supplied with water from a built in reservoir at a control rate through a lamp, control value and rotameter. Water shall be sprayed on top of the helmet from the nozzle located on the one side of chamber. The water shall be placed over a tunable, witch should be rotated with the help of an electric motor. A time totalizer unit should be provided to indicate the total time of ultraviolet radiation/ water spray. The chamber shall be kept on an angle iron stand. The apparatus shall be finished in grey staving painting on the qutaide to give it a corrosion registrant finish. Various component that come in contact with water during the test shall be made from cordials materials.

The hot air ovens we are providing gained huge appreciation in the market for their host of qualitative features.
